Welcome to M8Nomad.com. These terms andconditions (the "Terms") govern your use of M8Nomad.com (the"Website"), so please read them carefully. By using our Website, youagree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms,you must not use our Website.
1. Services
M8Nomad.com provides digital/onlineNutrition Coaching and Life Coaching services. The Nutrition Coaching servicerequires a minimum commitment of 2 months, and the Life Coaching serviceconsists of one-off sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
2. Booking and Cancellation
For Nutrition Coaching, you are committedfor a minimum of 2 months from the date of booking. You may cancel yoursubscription with a 30 days notice. Any cancellation request must be made inwriting and sent to the provided contact email. Refunds will not be providedfor any unused portion of the terms.
Life Coaching sessions are one-off and donot recur unless you choose to book another session. Once booked, thesesessions cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Disclaimers
Our services are intended to support theoverall well-being of our clients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat,cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.
The Nutrition Coaching program is not asubstitute for professional medical advice or treatment. The advice givenduring the nutrition coaching sessions is not intended to replace advice givenby your healthcare provider. Always consult your healthcare provider beforemaking any changes to your diet, exercise, or general wellness plan.
The Life Coaching program is designed toprovide support and guidance to individuals undergoing challenging periods intheir life, such as divorce, the death of a partner, and other personalhardships. While the program can offer significant mental and psychologicalsupport, it is not a substitute for professional therapeutic or psychologicaltreatment.
Life coaching should not be used as areplacement for consultation with, diagnosis by, or treatment from a licensedmental health professional. It is not intended to be a form of therapy,psychiatric care, or a treatment for mental illness.
If you are in need of psychological help,we strongly encourage you to seek out a licensed mental health professional. Ifyou are experiencing a crisis or if your mental health is in immediate danger,please contact a crisis hotline or seek help at a hospital immediately.
